

I found out about this software while I was reading testimonials about the effects of a vegan diet. Will try to keep track over the next few weeks to see how much I’m losing. Managed to weigh myself at a friends place, I am 96kg (211.6lbs) with a height of 185cm (6’1″). Fruit is awesome, just got given a bag of feijoas too. So the sushi has been saved for breakfast tomorrow. =D I ended up eating roast potatoes, kumara, and parsnip along with steamed carrot, broccoli, cauliflower and string beans. Went to my mum’s place for dinner tonight, having told her about my eating change she bought me some vegetarian sushi to eat. 😀Īs stated, this blog isn’t going to be exclusively about my dieting, though I think I will make mention of how I’m coping with it. Hopefully next time I’ll have some more info on how my brain development is going, and how awesome I’m feeling with the Green Smoothies. Wanted to at least post something before bed. I’m needing to take a nap, the 8 hour kind.

I’m looking forward to having full control over my recall, being able to ask questions to my mind and have it instantly provide answers from things I have heard or seen in the past. I was on YouTube today and stumbled across some videos that talked about this idea and made reference to some studies that tested it. The menu changes every week too, so there is always variety. They sell salads and meals and awesome, yummy snack things. In some good news, there is an awesome Vege/Vegan place near where I live called Revive Cafe. So I am going to have getting sufficient sleep as a higher priority for the moment, at least until I am comfortable with the new diet. First time I tried I ended up laying awake for an hour before giving up, then next time I ended up sleeping for 3 hours even though I set my alarm for 1 and a half. I had the intention of napping in the afternoons, but it’s just not practical with uni and the medication I’m taking restricting when I can sleep.

I have decided that getting up at 5am at this time may not have been the best move. I’m already starting to feel a bit better, expecting tomorrow to be an awesome day. I look forward to trying out different combos of fruit and veges in the future. It was significantly more delicious than I expected. Not as green as intended, needs more leafy things I think. 😛 Did a small shop this evening, quite an improvement over my previous shop I think.Īfter hearing about this magical Green Smoothie, while I was looking up vegan diets, I really wanted to try it. I had the ‘things I can eat’ down, just not the ‘minimum amount of what things in order to stay healthy’ part. My initial thoughts on how my new diet would go were quite incomplete. Likely a combination of things, insufficient sleep, insufficient food, insufficient avoidance of cold and rain. So I’ve been quite sick for the last couple of days.
